卡托普利和硫酸镁联合治疗肺心病心衰30例疗效分析

The Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Captopril and Magnesii SulfasTreating 30 cases of cor Pulmonale Accompauled Heart Failure

目的：观察卡托普利和硫酸镁联合治疗肺心病心衰的临床疗效。方法：对30例肺心病心衰患者进行常规综合治疗和加用卡托普利和硫酸镁联合治疗（治疗组），与常规综合治疗（对照组）进行对比观察。结果：治疗组总有效率93％，对照组总有效率73％，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：在常规综合治疗的基础上加用卡托普利和硫酸镁联合治疗肺心病心衰可明显提高疗效。

Objective:The clinical observation of therapeutic effect of captopril and magnesii suifaS treating cor pulmonal accompanied heart failure. Methods: 30 cases of cor pulmonalaccompanied heart failure were treated by regular treatment helped by captopril and magnesiisulfas (captopril group), compared with the regular treatment(regular group). Results: The totalpositive rate of the captopril group was 93%,the total positive rate of the regular group was73%. There were significant difference in above treatment(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The regulartreatment helped by captopril and magnesii sulfas treating cor pulmonale accompanied heartfailure can improve therapeutic effect obviously.
