Appraising on the Success or Failure of Guizhou's SaltPolicy in the Time of Early or Later Qing Dynasty

清前期，封建统治者对贵州地区的盐政采取了一系列有利措施，取得了可靠的经济效益。到清王朝后期，由于增租加税，再加上奸商墨吏苛敛无已，整个贵州盐政，也就再次陷入一片混乱的状态。

Abstract In early Qing Dynasty,the feudal rulers adopted a serers of effective measure to the salt policy of Guizhou region and got the reliable economic eflects. Till to the later of the Qing Dynasty,owing to the increasing of rent and tax,the salt policy of Guizhou was immersed in chaos condition.
