摘要
本文介绍了类似“粒粒橙汁”饮料的柠檬果肉型饮料“丝丝柠檬汁”的生产工艺。柠檬砂囊的分离采用“整果分离法”,为柠檬加工进行了新尝试。
The production technique of lemon juice suspended with lemon pulp,whi ch is similar to orange juice suspended with orange pulp grains ,was intro—uced in this paper Using the whole fruit separation method,the lemon sand dpockets were separated. This is a new try for lemon processing.
