摘要
本文主要论述研究腐带加工工艺过程,并用正交试验方法得出合理的工艺参数,因而得出大豆营养利用的新途径,给乡镇企业和农村个体户指出了新的加工方式。
The processing technique of bean—curd bands was discussed mainly in this paper. By orthogonal experimental method, the rational parameters had been obtained. So the new way for soybean utilization was found. It's suitable for the township and private enterprises.
