含萘环聚醚砜醚酮酮的合成与表征

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYARYL ETHER SULFONE ETHER KETONE KETONES CONTAINING NAPHTHALENE LINKS

由β-萘酚和4，4′-二氯二苯砜合成了新单位-4，4′-二（β-萘氧基）二本砜，将其分别和对苯二甲酰氯（TPC）、间苯二甲酰氯（IPC）和2，5-二氯对苯二甲酰氯（DCC）等劳二酰氯进行低温溶液缩聚，合成了5种主链含萘环的新型聚醚砜醚酮酮，用IR、DSC、TG和WAXD等方法对聚合物进行了分析表征．结果表明；它们均属于非晶态聚合物，具有较高的玻璃化温度、优异的耐热性和良好的溶解性．

Five novel polyaryl ether sulfone ether ketone ketones (PESEKK) containing naphthalene links were prepared from 4, 4′-bis (β-naphthoxy) diphenylsulfone with terephthaloyl chloride, isophthaloyl chloride and 2, 5-dichloroterephthaloyl chloride, etc. Their properties were characterized by IR,X-ray, DSC,etc. The results indicate that the polymers are non-crystalline and have bigh glass transition temperatures, excellent thermostabilities and good solubilities.
