摘要
分别介绍添加剂型生物降解塑料和微生物聚酯型生物降解塑料在国内外的研究新进展；针对我国在生物降解塑料研究与开发方面的实际，提出了治理“白色污染”的对策和措施．
Bio-degradable plastics,according to their differences of bio-degradabilities, are divided into two types:plastics containing additives and plastics made from polyhydroxy alkanoates (PHA). Recent achievements in research on bio-degradable plastics have been surveyed in this paper, and some suggestions and measures for dealing with Plastics wastes are presented.
