摘要
本文用贫血大鼠血红蛋白(Hb)恢复法,研究了维生素C(V_c)对铁吸收率的影响。首先用低铁饲料喂饲大鼠25天复制出缺铁性贫血(IDA)模型,然后分成三组:Ⅰ组,低铁饲料组;Ⅱ组,添加乳酸亚铁组;Ⅲ组,同时添加乳酸亚铁和V_c组,喂饲20天后发现,乳酸亚铁有升高IDA大鼠模型的红细胞(RBC)、Hb、最终红细胞压积和(FPCV)和血清铁(SI)含量的作用。而乳酸亚铁和V_c同时使用,上述指标和对铁的相对生物利用率(RBA)更为显著。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组大鼠各项指标恢复变化情况分别是: 1.RBC(百万/mm^3) 380至506,304至682,326至736 2.Hb(g%) 7.02至7.77,8.88至10.70,6.29至12.84 3.SI(μg/ml) 1.53至2.56,1.05至4.36,1.05至1.24 4.FPCV(%) 44.98,50.50,57.70, 5.RBA(%) Ⅱ组为33.7%,Ⅲ组100%
In the present work, the influence of Vitamin C on the bioavailability of iron has been studied by means of the hemoglobin regenaration method with iron—deficient rat model, which was conducted by feeding a low ironn basal diet for 25 days. Thirty—five rats were derided into 3 groups: low iron(Ⅰ), ferrous lactate(Ⅱ), vitamin C and ferrous lactate(Ⅲ). The result of 20 days experiment showed that ferrous lactate enhanced the values of RBC, Hb, FPCV and SI, while Vitamin C fortified its effect. The is—dexes before and after experiment in corresponding groups were as follow RBC 380→506(Ⅰ), 304→682(Ⅱ), 326→736(Ⅲ)。Hb 7.02→7.77(Ⅰ), 6.88→10.70(Ⅱ), 6.29→12.84(Ⅲ)。SI 1.53→2.56(Ⅰ), 1.05→4.36(Ⅱ), 1.05→5.24(Ⅲ)。PPCP(%) 44.98(Ⅰ), 50.50(Ⅱ) 57.70(Ⅲ)。RBA(%) 33.7(Ⅱ), 100(Ⅲ)。The study revealed that Vitamin C can enhance the absorption of iron in food.
