摘要
通过对认识过程和学习心理的分析提出并详细论述了提高教学质量的激励机制,并就该机制在化学教育中的应用以及对运用该机制的教师应具备的素质进行了具体的探讨.
Based on learning theory and analysis of cognitive process,an encouraging mechanism in teaching-and-learning is designed. And applications of the mechanism to chemical education is discussed in detail. Furthermore,quality requirements to a chemistry teacher who carries out the mechanism are presented as well.
