The energy-providing system of orthophosphoric acid is the biochemical fundation for 100-metre-dash, while the energy-providing system of anaerobic glycolysis is the biochemical fundation for 400-metre-dash- The capabilities of supplying energy and enduring lactic acid must be developed during dash training, and the absolute speed as well as the endurance of speed shohld also be increased.
