摘要
采用高频(5~20kHz)、沿面放电技术形成具有较大能量的高浓度等离子体。它所产生的高浓度臭氧(O_3),通过混合器溶附激化水中,同时产生单原子氧(O)、羟基(OH)等,具有极强杀菌作用,仅1min内100%杀死杂菌及黑曲霉菌、酵母菌等。生产1吨0.5~1.5ppm臭氧浓度的臭氧水仅需0.8元。在饮料工业应用取得了令人满意的效果。
By adopting high frequency discharging along the surface technology, high concentration plasma with fairly large energy was formed. Meanwhile, high concentration O_3 was formed and it dissolved in activated water by mixer, 0 and OH were formed also. It has extremly sterilizing effect. It can sterilize Aspergil|us niger, yeast organism and contaminants 100% in one minute. The cost of producing 1 ton of 0.5—1.5ppm 0_3 water is 0.8 yuan. Satisfactory effect has been obtained in beverage industry.
