摘要
轿车通风窗及卡车高架箱通风盒在汽车零部件国产化进程中,要求生产配套公司必需具有量化检测手段,以保证所生产的通风窗部件在关闭状况下泄漏量符合技术标准.本文阐述了微压(毫巴级)小流量情况下进行密封性测试的原理和方法.所研制的检测台设计了有快速组合夹具,方便了被测通风窗的安装.另外,该检测台设计了放大、投影光路、使压力、流量检测清晰易读.该检测台经上海市技术情报研究所检索认为成果属于国内首创.
During the nationalization process of the components of automobiles, the production of the vent-windows of cars and high-way-vent-boxes of trucks requires the production-assistant factories have to equip the devices for quantitative test in order that their produced vent-windows meet the technical standard of seepage in the closed conditions. This paper demonstrated the principles and approaches of the test of sealing quality in the micro-pressure(in the mill-bar level) and small flow rate conditions. This studied test-instrument includes a set of fast-mounting clips for the convenience of the mounting of the vent-windows to be tested. In addition, the light-routes of amplification and projection were designed convenient for the examinations of the pressure and flowrate. This test-instrument is considered as the pioneer in our nation confirmed by the index by the Shanghai institute of technical information.
