摘要
针对化学混凝处理含油污泥中混凝剂投加量大而混凝效率较低的问题,通过实验研究了Cl-对混凝剂处理含油污泥絮凝效率的影响。实验中采用抽滤的方法来测定絮凝效率。实验结果表明Cl-是影响絮凝效率的重要因素,Cl-<10000mg/L时,Al2(SO4)3、PAC混凝效果较好,Cl->20000mg/L时,PAM的混凝效果较好。
In order to solve the problem that the flocculation efficiency decreases in treating oily sludge by means of chemical flocculation agent while agent dosage increases,this article studies the effect of chlorine ion content on flocculation efficiency of oily sludge treated by flocculation agent.In the experiment the flocculation efficiency is measured by method of pumping filtration.The result shows that chlorine ion content is an important factor in affecting on the flocculation efficiency,that the flocculation efficiency of Al 2(SO 4) 3,and PAC are high when chlorine ion content is below 10 000 mg/L and only the flocculation efficiency of PAM is high when it exceeds 20 000 mg/L.
