Computer and information technology have got wide application in the management of health, safety and environment (HSE) in many big companies worldwide. There mainly include electronicdocumentation of HSE management system, database establishment of HSE, analysis and assessment of riskand hazard, subsidiary joint sharing of HSE management document via the enterprise network, or information transfer by E-mail,etc.
