水体沉积物中有机氯农药的定量分析方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以美国EPA方法为基础,沉积物经冷冻干燥、索氏抽提,抽提物经氧化铝硅胶柱分离后,芳烃馏份用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)鉴定有机氯农药,以EPA认证的17种有机氯农药混合标样为量值基准绘制校正曲线,用内标法对有机氯农药进行定量分析,并采用回收率指示物(Surrogate)控制回收率。采用本方法研究珠江水体沉积物样品表明,有机氯农药的Surrogate回收率范围为97.15%~99.39%,目标化合物的回收率范围为45.0%~103.9%,方法检测限为0.1~0.4μg·kg^(-1)。 On the basis of American EPA method, the sediment samples were Sohlext extracted and separated by chromatography column packed with silica gel and alumina. The organochlorine pesticides were analyzed by GC - ECD, quantitatively measured by internal standard using the calibration curves of 17 organochlorine pesticides standards credited by American EPA, and the surrogates were used to control the recovery rate. For organochlorine pesticides, the recovery of surrogates ranged from 97.15%~99.39%, the target compounds ranged from 45.0% ~ 103.9% , and the method detection limits were 0.1 ~0.4μg/kg.
