简要介绍了我国机动车污染物排放标准的发展历程,分析了北京市汽车污染物排放地方标准的发展思路和具体做法,旨在推进广州市的机动车污染控制标准化工作,促进污染防治和环境质量的改善。
This paper indicates the development progress of Vehicle Pollutant Exhaust Standard in China, analyses the thought and execution of Vehicle Pollutant Exhaust Standard of Beijing, aiming to push forward the local standardization of vehicle pollutant exhaust control in Guangzhou and the improvement of pollution protection and environmental quality.
