摘要
提出了广州市开展建设项目环境保护控制性分类管理研究的必要性,并对开展此项研究应遵循的原则、研究的主要内容和要达到的基本目的进行了初步的讨论。
This paper analyses the necessity of carrying out region-oriented environmental management research for pollution control in Guangzhou.The contents and principal concerned with the research are identified in the paper.
