摘要
目前砖混结构开裂最多的位置是首层窗台部位. 按照锅底形沉降的规律,指出不宜在设计中将外墙下基础的地基承载能力设计值取得相对保守,与此相反,应该相对紧扣其地基承载能力来设计, 另外再采取措施来控制窗台下墙壁体裂缝的出现,这样才是合理的设计.
The m ost com m on place w here the brick m asonary com bination construction arecracked is on the w indow sill in ground story. According to the bow l like settlem ent rule, it isunsuitable for designing the footing of exterior w all w ith conservative value of the footing bearingcapability, it should be designed as close to the bearing capability as possible. In addition, som em easures should be taken to avoid the form ing of crack at the w indow sill. The im provem ent ofcurrent reconnaissance reports w as proposed.
