摘要
讨论了混凝土小型空心砌块砌体结构在各种影响因素下的抗震性能，并通过工程验算检验《混凝土小型空心砌块建筑结构设计规程》的计算方法，得出该类型结构房屋采用一定的构造措施后。
The aseismic abilities of miniature concrete hollow brick and concrete construction under various condition were dissussed. Engineering calculating results showed that these types of constrational buiding have more aseismatic ability after taken some construtional measures.
