广东省固定资产投资的现状、问题与对策

Present Situation,Problems and Solutions of Guangdong's Fixed Assets

90年代以来，广东省固定资产投资成就斐然，但也存在着不少问题，如：投资增长速度下降，社会有效需求明显不足；投资结构不合理；投资效益持续下降；利用外资后劲不足等。主要对策与措施：加大投资力度，增强经济发展动力；加快调整投资结构，重点发展支柱产业；提高投资效益，提高经济运行质量；提高利用外资水平，扩大粤港经济技术合作；继续深化投融资体制改革。

Fixed assets investment of Guangdong has achieved great success in the 1990s. But there are still some problems, for example, incremental speed of investment is declining, social effective demand is evidently not enough, incremental structure is unreasonable, 'Three More and Three Less' ekists, investment benefit becom l less,the foreign capital has not been made good use of. Thus measures should be taken as follows: put more investment; strengthen the economic development; accelerate investment structure readjustment; focus on developing leading industry; increase investment benefit; improve the quality of economic operation; enhance economic and technical cooperation between Guangdong and Hongkong and continue to deepen investment and financing system reform.
