摘要
广东人力资源的开发状况与广东经济发展不相适应,人力资源结构与需求结构失衡,人力资源整体素质不高,资源配置不合理。为了适应广东经济增长的需要必须采取系统的开发对策,大力发展高等教育,加强对农村教育的投入。
Human resource exploitation in Guangdong province is not suited to economy development in this province: human resource structure not in balance with need-supply structure, general low-quality of human resource, unreasonable distribution of resources. To meet the need of development of Guangdong economy, systematic exploiting countermeasures should be taken, such as devoting major efforts to developing higher education, increasing investment on rural education, perfecting mechanism of human resource distribution.
