扩大内需必须闯过五大难关。一要闯过产业结构调整关，为产业扩张开辟广阔的空间；二要增加居民收入，提高居民购买能力；三要消除不合理的价格和收费，为消费和投资扫清障碍；四要突破企业和农民进城关，提高国民经济整体素质；五要确保政策顺利执行。

Stimulating domestic need is a complicated hard task,and five difficult problems should be solved.Firstly,industrial structure has to be adjusted properly to broaden the arena of industrial expansion;secondly,people's income should be increased to boost domestic purchasing power;thirdly,unfair price and fare should be eliminated to clear the way for consumption and investment;fourthly, the problems of enterprises and rural to urban migration should be dealt with and the overall level of national economy should be improved ;finally,policies should be assured to take into effect smoothly,and to get rid of the phenomenon of being blocked.
