摘要
在知识经济时代,人力资源成为经济增长和可持续发展的决定因素,必须重视研究我国人力资源开发中存在的问题,解决人力资源结构不适应经济结构的要求和人力资源配置等问题。在目前条件下要以知识经济带动劳动力资源的开发,重视教育,提高劳动力素质,规范劳动力行为,积累人力资本和扩大就业机会。
Human resource has become the decisive factor for the sustainable economic growth in the era of knowledge economy, while more attention should be paid to concerned researching in China in order to make the human resource structure and distribution meet the need of economic structure. Under these circumstances, knowledge economy should promote the exploitation of labor force; education should be paid more attention on; the quality of labor force, labor behaviors should be standardized; labor capital should be accumulated and more employment chances should be provided.
