教育投入不足是阻碍我国教育事业健康发展的重要因素之一。用法律手段来规范我国教育投入，建立完善的教育投入法制体系，并以法律的强制力保障各项教育投入的依法兑现，必将有助于解决我国的教育投入问题，进而推动我国教育事业的发展。

Inadequate investment in education is one the factors that hinder the healthy development of our nation's educational undertaking.In order to solve the problem of educational investment, laws should be set to standardize it ,a perfect legal system should be established to enforce the carrying out of every investment item. Furthermore,legalization of educational investment will promote our nation's educational undertakings.
