As a regional economy,from the beginning the indiridual, privately owned economy was exactly a regional product.Since China reforms and opens up to the outside world for 20 years , Hunan individual and privately owned economy which was rising abruptly indomitably and growing vigorously from cracks has become a growing point not having almost to invest by government but it is able to practise economic growth.Analyzing positivistically the developing orbit of Hunan individual, privately owned economy, summing up the experience, and advancing developing thinking and counterasures, it is a important act to move ahead healthy.lasting development of the individnal, privately owned economy.
