金属油罐除锈工艺研究

Research on Rust Removal Technique of Metal Oil Reservoir

当前金属油罐除锈存在的主要问题是:设备陈旧、工艺落后、工作效率低、不经济、劳动强度大、危害人体健康、安全性差以及除锈质量不高等。针对上述问题,对多种除锈工艺进行分析比较,推荐采用气、液、固三相磨料水射流进行除锈的新工艺。

At present there exist the main problems about rust removal of metal oil reservoir: obsolete equipment, backward technique, intensive labour, harm to human body, poor security and bad quality of rust removal, etc. After comparing and analysing varied rust removal techniques , this article recommends the new technique of rust removal with three phase abrasive water efflux of gas,liquid and solid.
