少数油库、加油站工程进行管道焊接时,没有按规范要求选择材料和组织施工,建成后造成少数焊接点渗油,给油库、加油站的安全管理留下了事故隐患。因此,应加强施工阶段的质量管理。

While welding pipelines in some oil depots and gas stations, material choice and construction haven't conducted as required by the specifications. After completion of the projects, seepage occurred at some welding points and resulted in the hidden peril of accidents for the safety management. Therefore, quality management should be strengthened at the phase of construction.
