人胃粘膜血管构筑 被引量:8

摘要 用色胶或树酯(甲基丙烯酸甲酯9份加丙烯酸甲酯1份,再加过氧化苯甲酰)灌注30例人胃(成人胃11例,婴儿胃19例)的动脉和静脉。制成切片、铺片和铸型3种标本,进行光镜和电镜观察。结果如下:1.粘膜微动脉分腺支和小凹支,小凹周毛细血管为腺支发出的腺周毛细血管和小凹支的分支。粘膜微动脉间有吻合。2.粘膜毛细血管分别在粘膜表面、腺颈和腺底3个水平汇入静脉。粘膜内的静脉有两种吻合:一是粘膜微静脉直支始端在腺颈或小凹底水平的吻合,二是介于胃腺底与粘膜肌层之间的胃腺底静脉网。3.断面粘膜可分为小凹带、颈体带和底体带,颈体带的毛细血管密度最大。4.粘膜微静脉铸型表面有扁圆或扁椭圆形的内皮细胞核压迹,压迹的中央有一小凹。本文讨论了胃粘膜血管构筑在胃粘膜保护中的作用。 The arteries and/or the veins of 30 human stomaches (11 adults,19 infants) were perfused with coloured gelatin or methylmethacrylate.The specimens were made into section and spreading preparation,and cast,and studied under LM and SEM. The main results were as follows:1.Mucosal arterioles divided into 2 kinds of branches,i.e.luminal arteriole and glandular arteriole,and had anastomosis.Luminal capillaries which lay in lamina propria around gastric pit originated from the luminal arterioles and from the glandular capillaries.2.Mucosal capillaries drained into mucosal venule at 3 levels,viz.the luminal surface,the glandular neck and the glandular base.There were 2 kinds of venular anastomosis: the anastomosis between the straight mucosal venulae at the level of the glandular neck or the base of the gastric pit,and the basal venular plexus which lay between the muscularis mucosae and the base of gastric gland.3.Mucosal blood vessels observed on transverse section might be divided into 3 parts:base-body,neck-body, and gastric pit.In neck-body part the density of capillaries is the highest.4.Flat, round or elliptic impressions of endothelial nuclei can be seen on the cast of mucosal venule under SEM.It was interesting that a pit was noted at the center of each impre-ssion.The importance of mucosal blood vessels in the mucosa is for protection from invasion and damage effected by luminal contents.
