摘要
本文用形态计量学方法和硝酸镧浸染法在光镜与电镜下对小鼠与家兔皮肤高和低电阻区的表皮细胞结构进行了比较研究,并在电镜下着重分析了小鼠胸腹部表皮缝隙连接的结构。发现低阻点表皮细胞缝隙连接的数目明显多于高阻点,其直径也较高阻点者为大。所分析的其它结构在两类皮肤点间未见区别。本文认为,缝隙连接可能是决定皮肤电阻差别的结构基础。
Using morphometry and impregnation technique of lanthanum nitrate,a
comparative investigation on the epidermis structure of high and low electric
resistance skin points was carried out in mice and rabbits at both light and electron
microscope level,with special emphasis on the structure of gap junctions in epidermis.
It was observed that the frequency of gap junctions in low resistance points was
significantly higher,and their diameter was larger than that in high resistance
points,while no difference was found in other structure parameters examined
between the two types of skin points.It is assumed that the gap junctions may be
the structure basis for the difference in skin electric resistance.
