摘要
本文讨论了校区功能定位的三种模式和校区管理的三种模式。不同模式下多校区大学管理问题的表现是不一样的。选择校区功能定位及管理模式应遵循两个原则:一要有利于提高办学效益和办学质量;二要因校制宜。
This paper discusses three kinds of modes of function division and management of campus. The problems in management of multi-campus universities under different mode are not same. For choosing a mode of function division and management of campus, we should keep to two principles. One is in favor of enhancing economic benefit and education quality of a university and the other is that the mode should suit to the conditions of a university.
