中国区域经济、金融发展不平衡与货币政策有效性研究 被引量:6

摘要 当前中国东、中、西部经济、金融发展不平衡表现在 :经济发展和固定投资的不平衡 ,金融机构区域部局不平衡 ,金融机构存贷款方面不平衡 ,货币化水平方面的不平衡。它使得央行在采取同一的货币政策时 ,对东、中、西部经济会产生不同的影响 ,即 :同一的货币政策易对各地区经济产生冷、热不均的情况 ;东西部投资收益率不同导致资金跨地区流动 ,影响到货币政策的实施效果 ;东西部金融市场发展程度差异以及金融机构吸收存款能力的差异导致货币政策效果不同 ;货币化水平的不同导致同一货币政策在各地区实施效果不同。为改变此种状况 ,可以采取 :大力发展中西部经济 ,实施地区有差别的宏观金融政策 ,大力发展中西部的货币市场、资本市场 ,政策性金融方面对中西部实行更优惠的政策。以实现货币政策对经济的有效调节。
