对四川三迭系盐岩层套管挤毁问题的研究

RESEARCH ON CASING COLLAPSE IN SICHU-AN TRIASSIC SALT BED

四川地区三迭系盐岩层分布广泛 ,盐岩层蠕变挤毁套管的客观条件是存在的。围绕异常压力这一主要矛盾 ,首先确定非均布载荷下套管强度的变化规律 ,得到套管强度的计算方法 ;其次描述盐岩层的蠕变规律 ,给出蠕变外挤载荷数值 ;按照非均布载荷下套管实际强度大于盐岩层蠕变外挤载荷的原则 ,确保井内套管安全。

Distribution of Triassic salt bed is very wide in Sichuan Area and the condition of salt rock creep resulting in casing collapse is existing.The paper determines firstly the change law of casing strength in the case of non-uniform load,and obtains the calculation method of casing strength,then,analyses the creepage law of salt rock bed,and gives creep collape load.On the basis of the principle of casing actual strength more than salt bed creep collapse load in non-uniform load,the safety in borehole casing ability be ensured.Application examples show that above technique thinking is feasible.
