摘要
针对塔河油田超深井 (设计井深 6 2 0 0~ 6 6 0 0m)、盐层巨厚 (厚度为 80~ 4 0 0m ,且埋藏深 ,盐膏层井深5 2 0 0~ 5 6 0 0m)、盐层上下漏失层并存等复杂地质条件 ,对油井水泥外加剂、外掺料的科学筛选 ,增强水泥石塑性和抗腐蚀流体能力 ,尾管使用复合套管柱 ,采用平衡压力固井 ,研究和应用抗盐抗高温低密度水泥浆固井技术 ,提高了塔河油田深井盐层固井质量和成功率 。
During the drilling process of ultradeep well(design well depth is 6200~6600m) in Tahe oilfield,complex geological conditions,such as extremely thick salt bed(the salt bed is 80~400m thick with great burial depth;and the section from 5200m to 5600m is drilled through salt gypsum formation) existence of upper and lower leakage zone,etc,have been encountered.By scientific selection of cement external reactant and external admixture for oil well,the plasticity and corrosive fluid resistance of alite are enhanced.Composite casing string has been used for liner and equalized pressure has been exerted when cementing.The research and application of well cementing technology with anti-salt,high-temperature-resistant and low-density slurry improves salt bed cementing quality and increases success ratio for Tahe deep well,successfully solve the long-term existing problem of ultra deep well cementing in salt bed for Tahe oilfield.
