摘要
水平井固井难度大 ,宝平 1井更是一口井眼极其不规则、井下情况异常复杂的高难度的水平井 ,给固井施工带来了很大的难度。固井施工中采用了尾管固井工艺技术 ,这是该项技术首次应用于高难度的水平井。该井的施工成功为定向井、水平井的固井探索出了一个新方法 ,并提供了良好的范例和宝贵的经验。同时表明 ,川局井下作业处生产的XG - 7悬挂器结构先进、性能可靠 ,能适用于定向井。
Well Baoping 1 is an extraordinarily complicated horizontal well,its cementing operation is very difficult.This paper presents the first application of liner hanger and liner cementing technology in well Baoping 1.The technique's successful application in well Baoping 1 provided a new method for directional & horizontal well cementing,and supplied an good example and experience.Meanwhile,the paper proved that XG-7″liner hanger produced by DSC,SPA has advanced capability and high reliability,it is suitable for the cementing operation of the horizontal well and directional well.
