摘要
研究了由丙三醇和环氧氯丙烷以及烯丙基缩水甘油醚共聚而成的低摩尔质量聚醚多元醇与亚磷酸三甲酯的反应 ,合成了具有水溶性和光固化特点的聚醚多元醇亚磷酸酯阻燃剂。结果表明 :低摩尔质量聚醚多元醇与亚磷酸三甲酯之间发生了Arbuzov重排反应和酯交换反应以及酯交换聚合反应 ;当反应温度为 14 0~ 160℃ ,反应时间为 6h时 ,合成产物是一种可光固化的、具有抗老化和增塑功能的、不饱和度为 3 0~ 60KOHmg/g和磷含量为 10 84%~ 16 58%的新型有机磷系阻燃剂FR 13 6。
The water soluble and photo-curable polyether polyol phosp hite & phosphonate flame retardents were synthesized by Arbuzov rearrangement an d ester-exchange reactions with trimethy l phosphite and the oligomer prepared by copolymerizations of glycerin,allyl gly cidyl ether and epoxychloropropane The results showed the synthesized products at reaction temperature of 140~160 ℃ for 6h were photo-curable and ageing resist a nt plasticizer flame retardants for UP,p olyolefin and its emulsion
