摘要
设计并实验了一种新型相互作用电路,使CuBr激光的输出功率和效率提高了近1倍。对一般电路和相互作用电路的放电特性以及光电脉冲波形进行了实验比较和理论分析发现,相互作用电路使激光放电管的阴、阳极在充放电期间交替更换,避免了放电等离子体的纵向电泳效应;同时,该电路能大幅度提高电流脉冲的峰值、上升速率和输入到放电等离子体中的有效电功率,从而有利于激光功率和效率的提高。
A novel interactive circuit was experimentally studied in a CuBr laser.The laser output power and efficiency were approximately doubled.The discharge characteristics and photoelectric pulse shapes of the ordinary and the interactive circuits were compared both experimentally and theoretically.The improvement of the CuBr laser performances from the ordinary circuit to interactive circuit are mainly attributed to the fact that the interactive circuit removes the electrophoresis effect of discharge plasma due to the alternative change of the cathode and anode during a discharge period,and greatly increases the amplitude and the rise rate of the current pulse as well as the effective electrical power input to the discharge plasma.
