摘要
构造了类光纤光栅的一维光子晶体。通过数值模拟,分析了该光子晶体的能带结构和光学传输特性,并讨论了光子晶体参数及缺陷的大小对光学传输特性的影响。结果表明,尺寸较大的缺陷将引起谱线分裂,出现精细的谱线结构,适于用作光传感测量。实验与理论研究结果相一致。
1-D photonic crystal that has the similar structure with fiber Bragg grating (FBG) was constructed. The band structure and the optical transmission properties were investigated by numerical analysis. The effects of the photonic crystal structure parameter and defect size were analyzed. As a result, the subtle reflection spectrum appears with an increase in the defect length. The measuring result accord with the theoretical value.
