摘要
不清罐带液检定方法可以实现不破坏保温层测量径向偏差 ;罐底量及死量带液检测 ;参照高度采用专用标尺 ;浮顶质量由浮顶浸没体积直接求出。整个测量的总不确定度不大于 0 .1% ,符合立式金属罐容量检定规程。
Calibration of uncleaned tank can be done by measuring the radial deviation without damage to the insulating layer and the amount of remaining oil in tank bottom.The reference height is measured with a special guage and the mass of the floating roof is derived from the submerged volume.The average degree of uncertainty is less than 0.1%,conforming to the specification for capacity calibration of upright metal tanks.
