摘要
文章以创新人才观念为主要内容 ,从选才、进才、用才、留才四个方面进行论述。作者认为 ,只有创新人才观念 ,才能解决好人才问题 ;只有解决人才问题 ,才能使地勘单位的经济持续、快速。
The paper focuses on innovating the sense of talented persons, putting emphasis on how to select, recruit, use and keep on the talented persons. The author argues that it is important to innovate the sense of talent for resolving the problems concerning talent, and promoting the sustainable, rapid and sound development of economy in geological prospecting units.
