摘要
设计了一种用于实验室的常规仪表与计算机相结合的水槽液位控制系统,并论述了其组成原理与系统设计。水槽液位系统广义对象采用一阶惯性加纯滞后来近似等效,考虑到其时间常数和滞后时间都比较大,故采用鲁棒性强、易于工程实施的预测函数控制策略,并通过"组态王"建立先进控制系统。实验结果表明预测函数控制方法是一种计算简单、抑制干扰能力强、跟踪性能好、误差较小的有效的控制方法。
A waterlevel control system in the cistern for laboratory use by using conventional equipment and computer is presented. Its principles and system design are discussed.The waterlevel control system can be expressed by a firstorder plus time delay system, the predictive functional control algorithm is used here because the time constants and dead time of this system are big. An advanced control system is built by Kingview. The results of experiment indicate that this method is an advanced control, which has the following properties: simple algorithm, less calculation on line, strong disturbance attenuation and low control error.
