摘要
介绍了水泥厂基于石灰饱和系数(KH),硅率(SM),铝率(AM)三率值的生料制备过程专家控制。水泥生料率值专家控制系统能够实现生料三率值优化控制,确保生料率值合格,系统的底层由基于神经网络的PID控制器实现,并且系统能够实现生料磨机的故障诊断、负荷最佳控制。生料率值专家控制系统实际应用取得令人满意的控制效果,出磨生料合格率平均稳定在90%和88%。
A kind of expert control system for modulus of raw materials was presented. The expert system can control modulus for raw materials effectively, and make three moduli satisfactory. The loop controllers consisted of NeuroPID. The system can also realize diagnosis for mill, load control. The good results are received when applied in a cement plant. The modulus is controlled in 90?% and 88?%.
