摘要 传统的生产系统中,生产计划、调度与控制是分开进行的,生产信息的反馈周期长,生产调度缺乏必要的现场信息。通过分析生产系统的功能模型和信息模型,结合我国制造企业的实际情况,建立了生产管理系统的层级模块化结构,并详细阐述了各层模块的主要功能,提出了系统集成化方法。按照这种结构构建企业的集成化生产管理系统,将会实现生产计划的实时调度以及生产过程的实时控制。 In the traditional production system, production planning, scheduling and control are separated. Feedback period is long and production scheduling is short of necessary spot information. At the basic of analysis to function and information model of production system, hierarchy module structure is set up combined with facts of Chinese manufacturing corporations. Main functions of hierarchy modules are detailedly elaborated and a method is put forward to achieve system integration. Constructing integrated production management system according to this structure will realize realtime scheduling of production planning and control of production process. 
