利用虚拟仪器技术改造传统动态粘弹谱仪

摘要 动态粘弹谱仪是对固体及粘流体材料进行粘弹力学分析的主要设备。阐述了以研华数据采集卡为硬件底层,利用VC++与Matlab混合编程技术改造传统动态粘弹谱仪,开发虚拟动态粘弹谱仪测控系统的方法。结果表明,改造后的动态粘弹谱仪完全实现了原仪器的数据过程控制器、绘图仪及电传打字机的功能,且操作简便,数据处理能力强。该方法也为其他传统仪器改造成虚拟测控仪器提供了一种切实有效的方法。 The dynamic viscoelasticity analyser is a major equipment for analysing viscoelastic properties of solid and viscoelastic materials. A method based on Data Sampling Card for the PCI Bus of Advantech Co.,Ltd is introduced and mixed programming with Visual C++ and Matlab is adopted in order to reconstruct traditional dynamic viscoelasticity analyser and develop virtual measurement & control system for dynamic viscoelasticity. Results show this reconstructed analyser not only has all properties of data process controller, graphic printer drawing device and data printing device but also shows better performance. The method mentioned also becomes a very useful way for rebuilding all kinds of traditional instruments to virtual measure & control instrument.
