摘要
为了获得重楼属植物的无菌培养物,在重楼属植物的初代培养过程中用不同浓度的杀菌剂和抗生素对外植体进行了预处理,并对外植体启动的培养基组合作了初步的研究,结果表明:200mg/L羧苄西林钠和头胞唑林钠的抑菌效果较好,外植体污染率控制在20%以下,不同浓度的百菌清则没有什么抑菌效果,污染率和对照相差不大;外植体启动较好的培养基为MS+KT2+IAA2和MS+BA2+IAA1,启动率在30%以上.
In order to obtain aseptic culture material at the culture establishment stage of Paris, a pretreatment to explants with antiseptic and antibiotic is tested and the culture medium combination is studied. The results indicate: the treatment with 200 mg/L Carbenicillin sodium and Cefazolin sodium showed a better antibacterial effect to explants only with under 20% contamination percentage. However, the treatments with different concentrations of chlorethalonil showed no antibacterial to explants with the same contamination percentage as the comparative test. The better medium combination at the establishment stage are MS+KT2+IAA2 and MS+BA2+IAA1. The establishment rate is more than 30%.
