A Plural-intergrade Perspective to Chinese Higher Education for Minorities

以往人们对中国民族高等教育的认识存在着简单化及自我约束化两大误区。多元一体化视角为我们提供了一个新的认识思路,中国民族高等教育要形成自身强大竞争优势,必须突破传统狭隘的观念,一要强调其鲜明的整合性中华民族文化特色;二要强调其必须具有开放性,注意加强不同文化的交流;三要强调其应当注意培养学生的跨文化适应能力,提高学生在多元文化社会中实现自我价值的能力。

A perspective of plural-intergradization is giving us a new understanding on the development of Chinese higher education for minorities. Chinese plural-intergrade higher education for minorities means a distinctive character of intergradization of the culture of Chinese nationalities, an exchange between different culture, and fostering students' ability to adapt themselves to different culture.
