摘要
高师院校教师观的重构主要依据于我国教师的定位、国家对高校教师的基本要求、终身教育的理念和基础教育改革发展的需要。专业化、研究型、学习者和服务意识构成了现代高师院校教师观的全部内涵,要从相应的四个方面探索高师院校教师观的实现途径。
To re-definite the teacher of normal colleges is mainly based on the orientation to them, the basic requirements to them, ideas of lifelong education and the need of fundamental education's reform and development. Specialization?researcher?learner and sense of service consist of the connotation of modern normal colleges' teachers. The writer would like to discuss the means of forming this definition.
