摘要
培养温度对运动发酵单胞菌有很大的影响。本文研究了在20℃~40℃范围内培养运动发酵单胞菌时,其生物量、乙醇产量、残糖量等指标的变化情况,并研究了在不同温度下在对数生长期间各项动力学参数的变化。运动发酵单胞菌的最适培养温皮为30℃~33℃,在这一范围内,比乙醇产率、比生长速率、葡萄糖比消耗速率等各项指标都较好。
The influence of culture temperature on growth of Zymomonas mobilis is remarkable. In this papers, the biomass, ethanol yield and residual sugar in culture broth of Z. mobilis at 20℃-40℃ had been studied. At different temperature, the kitneic parameters during exponential phase were given. The optimal temperature for Z .mobilis is from 30℃ to 33℃. At this temperature range, the specific ethanol production rate and specific glucose consuming rate were better.
