在分析了小西北 (甘肃、宁夏、青海 )地区经济一体化理论背景和现实背景的基础上 。
The authors having analyzed the historical background and practical context of the micro-Northwest (Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai) economic unification propose that the way to such unification is the reshuffling of enterprises and the reorganization of economic spaces of these three provinves.
