摘要
1992年以来,我国的政治体制改革取得了明显的阶段性成果。与前一阶段相比,政治体制改革在总体目标、内容、原则以及运作方式、策略手段等方面都具有明显的继承性、延续性,同时又呈现出总体步子有所放慢、非均衡性明显、综合性与系统性加强、以渐进迂回、"隐型"发展为主要取向等特征。这一时期的改革实践将为当前和今后的进一步改革奠定坚实基础并提供宝贵经验。
Since 1992,chinese political system reform has had the inheritance and continuity in the whole aim,content,principle,operating method and policy,at the same time,showed the features of the slowing progress,unbalanced quality,synthetic and systimatic consolidation,and gradual change.It will give the sound foundation and valuable experience to the present and future reform of the political system.
