摘要
研究了同时进行细胞间歇发酵、CO_2气提及活性炭吸附分离乙醇的过程。结果表明,用发酵产生的副产物CO_2气提分离发酵液中的乙醇,消除了乙醇对酵母生长的抑制作用,可以实现浓醪快速发酵,提高发酵罐的生产能力;用活性炭选择性地吸附分离被气提的乙醇,可以获得浓度为40~60%(wt)的粗乙醇,可直接进入精馏塔精馏,大大节约分离能耗;运用非结构模型可以较好地关联实验结果。
A Process of ethanol batch fermentation by free cells with CO2 stripping and activated carbon adsorption is studied. The results show that CO2 stripping eliminates the inhibition of ethanol on yeast growth, so high concentration substrates can be fermented rapidily, fermentor productivity can be improved. The ethanol stripped by CO2 is further concentrated by activated carbon adsorption, the concentration of ethanol adesorbed can reach 40-60wt%, so the energy for ethanol purification can be saved greatly. Unstructured model can correlate the experimental results satisfactorily.
