摘要
为了解陕西省食品中致病菌的污染状况 ,2 0 0 2年对陕西省食品中食源性致病菌进行了监测 ,在 5个监测点采集 6类 4 6 8份食品样本 ,按常规方法分离鉴定沙门氏菌、E .coliO15 7∶H7、单增李斯特氏菌。共分离到沙门氏菌 4 4株 ,E .coliO15 7∶H75株 ,单增李斯特氏菌 35株。以生肉类食品的污染率为高 (38 5 % )。分离的E .coliO15 7∶H7菌株中有 1株具有stx2、hly、eae毒力基因。调查结果提示食源性致病菌在食品中的污染状况比较严重 ,应引起有关部门的重视。
To understand the status of food contamination by pathogens in Shaanxi province,468 samples of six kinds of foods were collected from 5 areas for isolating and identifying Salmonella spps,E.coli O157∶H7 and Listeria monocytogenes strains by routine methods.44 strains of Salmonella spp, 5 strains of E.coli O157∶H7 and 35 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were isolated and identified from the 468 food samples.Raw meats had the high contamination rate of 38.5%.One of the 5 E.coli O157∶H7 strains was identified to be having VT2 toxin encoding gene.Pathogen contamination of foods in this province was serious and more attention should be paid by relevant departments.
